33-38-104 . Right to return or cancel medical care discount card or pharmacy discount card -- notice -- prohibited acts.

(1)A medical care discount card or pharmacy discount card issued for delivery in this state is returnable or cancelable, within 30 days of the date of delivery of the card or a longer period if provided in the purchase agreement, by the purchaser or user for any reason, and the user must receive a full refund of all fees, except nominal fees associated with enrollment costs, that were part of the cost of the card.
(2)A medical care discount card supplier or pharmacy discount card supplier may not charge or collect a fee, including a cancellation fee, after a purchaser or user has returned a card to the supplier or given the supplier notice of the person's intention to
