§ 7-33-4102 — Applicability Of Part

7-33-4102 . Applicability of part.

(1)The provisions of this part govern and control fire departments in every city or town organized under whatever form of municipal government except where this part is in conflict with the commission form of government provided for in part 42 of chapter 3.
(2)Whenever the provisions of this part conflict with the provisions of chapter 3, part 42, pertaining to the commission form of government, the provisions pertaining to the commission form of government prevail.
