§ 7-33-1904 — Tobacco Use Provisions Prohibited In Collective Bargaining
7-33-1904 . Tobacco use provisions prohibited in collective bargaining.
(1)Except as provided in subsection (2), collective bargaining agreements between an employer and paid firefighters may not include provisions allowing tobacco use.
(2)Collective bargaining agreements enacted before May 7, 2019, are exempt from the provisions of subsection (1).
