33-33-102 . Scope -- rulemaking.

(1)This chapter applies to property and casualty insurers seeking utilization review opinions and to utilization review organizations that provide opinions with respect to property and casualty insurance contracts issued in this state.
(2)The commissioner may adopt rules to implement the provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to medical privacy requirements.
