§ 70-31-106 — Payments Not Income Under Tax Laws Or Other Assistance Laws

70-31-106 . Payments not income under tax laws or other assistance laws. No payment received by a displaced person under this chapter shall be considered as income or resources for the purpose of determining the eligibility of any person for assistance under any state law or for the purposes of determining income under state tax laws.
