50-31-511 . Cell-cultured edible product -- prohibition -- rulemaking authority -- definition.
(1)It is unlawful for a person to manufacture for sale, sell, hold or offer for sale, or distribute cell-cultured edible product in this state.
(2)The department may adopt rules to implement this section.
(3)As used in 50-31-512 and this section, the following definitions apply:
(a)"Cell-cultured edible product" has the same meaning as provided in 50-31-103 .
(b)"Retail food establishment" has the same meaning as provided in 50-50-102 .
