37-31-309 . Booth rental license.
(1)A person may not receive a booth rental license under 37-31-302 without proving to the satisfaction of the board that the booth will be used and maintained in compliance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the board, including sanitary rules prescribed under 37-31-204 .
(2)A booth rental license that is not renewed within 1 year of the most recent renewal date automatically terminates. The terminated license may not be reactivated, and a new original license must be obtained. The provisions of 37-1-141 do not apply to this subsection.
