37-31-203 . Rulemaking powers. The board shall, by notice, hearing, and submission of views, adopt rules for:

(1)the conduct of board business;
(2)the qualification and licensure of applicants to practice or teach under this chapter;
(3)the regulation and instruction of students;
(4)the conduct of schools for students;
(5)the qualification and licensure of applicants for booth rental licenses; and
(6)generally the conduct of the persons, firms, or corporations affected by this chapter.
