§ 53-30-142 — Escape From Extended Confinement
53-30-142 . Escape from extended confinement. Purposeful or knowing failure of an inmate to remain within the extended limits of confinement or to return within the time prescribed by prison officials to the place of confinement designated by the department is an escape punishable as provided in 45-7-306 .
