§ 53-30-104 — Punishment Of Inmates
53-30-104 . Punishment of inmates. Barbarous punishments may not be prescribed for an inmate of the state prison, and an inmate, as punishment, may not be deprived of the inmate's normal provision of food while being compelled to work the usual number of hours per day.
