50-30-202 . Misbranded hazardous substance defined.

(1)"Misbranded hazardous substance" means a hazardous substance (including a toy or other article intended for use by children which is a hazardous substance or which bears or contains a hazardous substance in such a manner as to be susceptible of access by a child to whom the toy or other article is entrusted) intended or packaged in a form suitable for use by the public or by children which, except as otherwise provided under 50-30-216 or 50-30-217 , fails to bear a label:
(a)which states conspicuously:
(i)the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, distributor, or seller;
(ii)the common or usual name or the chemical name (if there is not a common or usual name) of the hazardous substance or each component which cont
