46-30-203 . Extradition of persons who left requisitioning state involuntarily. The governor of this state may also surrender on requisition of the executive authority of any other state any person in this state who is charged in the manner provided in 46-30-401 with having violated the laws of the state whose executive authority is making the requisition, even though such person left the requisitioning state involuntarily.
