§ 85-3-105 — Violation As Misdemeanor And Continuing Violations
85-3-105 . Violation as misdemeanor and continuing violations. A person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and a continuing violation is punishable as a separate offense for each day during which it occurs.
