§ 41-3-1316 — Right To Counsel

41-3-1316 . Right to counsel. In a child custody proceeding under this part in which the court determines that the Indian child's parent or Indian custodian is indigent, the parent or Indian custodian has the right to court-appointed counsel. The court may, in its discretion, appoint counsel for the Indian child pursuant to 41-3-425 .
