1-3-110 . (Effective on occurrence of contingency) Mountain daylight time.

(1)The year-round observed time of the entire state and all of the state's political subdivisions is mountain daylight time. The state exempts all areas of the state from mountain standard time.
(2)As used in this section:
(a)"Mountain daylight time" means the period during a year when mountain standard time is advanced 1 hour in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 260a.
(b)"Mountain standard time" means the observed time assigned to the mountain time zone in 15 U.S.C. 261.
