70-28-205 . Complaint. The action shall be commenced by the filing of a verified complaint in which the parties so commencing the same shall be named as plaintiffs and the defendants shall be described as "all persons claiming any interest in or lien upon the real property herein described or any part thereof" and which shall:

(1)contain a statement of the facts enumerated in 70-28-201 ;
(2)contain a particular description of such real property; and
(3)specify the estate, title, or interest of the plaintiff therein.
