§ 13-28-104 — Effective Date Of Local Government Ballot Issue

13-28-104 . Effective date of local government ballot issue. If a majority of people voting on the question of a local government ballot issue conducted pursuant to this chapter approve the proposal, the local government ballot issue becomes effective when the election results are officially declared, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
