37-27-210 . Fees.

(1)An applicant for a direct-entry midwife license shall, upon submitting an application to the board, pay an application fee set by the board.
(2)Before a license may be issued or renewed, an applicant shall pay a fee set by the board.
(3)Fees are nonrefundable.
