75-25-103 . Outcome measures. The department of environmental quality shall develop reasonable outcome measures by which the success of the alternative energy system loan program provided for in this part must be measured on an annual basis. Minimal outcome that must be measured includes:
(1)a loan loss ratio of under 5%;
(2)the types of alternative energy systems that provided the best overall results for residences and those for small businesses; and
(3)a determination of the amount of energy that was produced because of participation in the program.
