37-25-310 . Licensing requirements for dietitians and nutritionists.

(1)An applicant for licensure as a dietitian shall submit:
(a)a completed application as required by the board;
(b)any fees as required by the board; and
(c)proof of valid current registration with the commission or its successor organization that gives the applicant the right to use the term "registered dietitian", "registered dietitian nutritionist", "RD", or "RDN".
(2)An applicant for licensure as a nutritionist shall submit:
(a)a completed application as required by the board;
(b)any fees as required by the board; and
(c)valid proof of the following:
(i)completion of a master's or doctoral degree with a major in human nutrition, foods and nutrition, community nutrition, public health nutrition, nutrition educ
