§ 13-25-201 — Election Of United States Senators And Representatives
13-25-201 . Election of United States senators and representatives.
(1)United States senators and representatives shall be elected at the general election preceding commencement of the term to be filled.
(2)Nominations and elections shall be as provided by law for governor.
