30-23-106 . Enforcement.

(1)The attorney general has the sole authority to enforce this part.
(2)The attorney general may initiate a civil enforcement action against a person for violation of this part.
(3)In an action to enforce this part, the attorney general may recover:
(a)actual damages to the consumer;
(b)costs;
(c)reasonable attorney fees; and
(d)$2,500 for each violation of 30-23-104 .
