§ 30-22-103 — Penalty
30-22-103 . Penalty. A salvage metal dealer who violates the provisions of 30-22-102 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Absolute liability, as provided for in 45-2-104 , is imposed for a violation of 30-22-102 .
