§ 35-20-310 — Transfer Of Moneys Received By Association To Trustees Of Fund

35-20-310 . Transfer of moneys received by association to trustees of fund.

(1)From and after February 16, 1905, the trustees of such cemetery association as are mentioned in 35-20-302 shall provide by resolution, spread upon the minutes of such association, for the transfer to the trustees of such permanent care and improvement fund of not less than 15% of the moneys received from the sale of cemetery lots by said association, together with all moneys theretofore or thereafter received from the owners of lots for the care of such lots. Such transfer of any such funds then on hand shall then and there be made. Such transfers shall be made thereafter quarterly upon the first days of January, April, July, and October of each year to the trustees of such fund.
