§ 80-2-201 — Powers And Duties Of Board Of Hail Insurance
80-2-201 . Powers and duties of board of hail insurance. The board of hail insurance provided for in 2-15-3003 :
(1)shall hold meetings when necessary for the conduct of its business;
(2)may adopt rules for the administration of this part;
(3)shall prescribe blank forms for all purposes necessary, proper, and incidental to the effective operation and enforcement of this part; and
(4)shall use any appropriate means of communication to inform Montana producers of the purposes, scope, and benefits of this part in furnishing protection against loss by hail at the actual cost of the risk to all persons who may elect to become subject to the provisions of this part.
