§ 61-2-203 — Equipment Requirements Continued In Force
61-2-203 . Equipment requirements continued in force. Provisions of chapter 9 of this title shall continue to be in effect. The approval of the legislature is a condition precedent to the taking effect of any rule, regulation, or code that may be adopted by the commission.
