§ 52-2-806 — Provisional License

52-2-806 . Provisional license. The department may issue a provisional license for a period not to exceed 1 year if it finds that a licensee or applicant does not meet all standards established by the department as long as the licensee or applicant is attempting to meet the minimum standards.
