§ 52-2-115 — Department To Accept Custody Of Children
52-2-115 . Department to accept custody of children. The department shall accept the physical custody of children transferred to the physical or legal custody of the department by the district court pursuant to the provisions of Title 41, chapter 3, and arrange for their care.
