52-2-628 . Respite care providers -- recruitment, training, and employment -- qualifications.
(1)The department shall either directly or by contract with public or private, nonprofit agencies recruit, train, and employ respite care providers.
(2)Respite care providers shall meet the qualifications and requirements specified in rules adopted by the department pursuant to 52-2-603 .
