§ 52-2-623 — Penalty For Failure To Obtain License
52-2-623 . Penalty for failure to obtain license. Any person who maintains or operates a youth care facility or assists in operating or maintaining such facility without having first obtained a license in writing as hereto provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
