§ 27-19-317 — Extension Of Expiration Date
Montana·Title 27 CIVIL LIABILITY, REMEDIES, AND LIMITATIONS·Ch. 19 INJUNCTIONS·Part 3 Procedure for Obtaining Preliminary Injunction
27-19-317 . Extension of expiration date. The time fixed in the order for its expiration may be extended, for good cause shown, for 10 days or, if the party against whom the order is directed consents, for a longer period. The reasons for the extension must be entered in the record.
