80-18-111 . Affirmative defense for possession or cultivation of marijuana. It is an affirmative defense to a prosecution for the possession or cultivation of marijuana that
the defendant was growing or processing hemp in compliance with this part or a tribal plan approved by the United States department of agriculture.
