§ 76-17-101 — Definitions
Montana·Title 76 LAND RESOURCES AND USE·Ch. 17 PUBLIC LAND ACCESS·Part 1 Public Land Access Network Grant Program
76-17-101 . (Temporary) Definitions. As used in this part, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(1)"Board" means the board of land commissioners.
(2)"Department" means the department of natural resources and conservation. (Terminates June 30, 2027--sec. 10, Ch. 374, L. 2017.)
