50-17-203 . Confidentiality.
(1)In reporting and reviewing data pursuant to this part, the department, hospitals, critical access hospitals, emergency medical service providers, and health care professionals shall comply with any restrictions established on use of the information contained in the data platform the department is monitoring.
(2)Information obtained by the department pursuant to this part may be released only in a statistical, nonidentifiable form.
