50-17-111 . Transfer of person to another treatment location. If it is in the best interest of a person committed to a treatment location, the person may be transferred from the location to which the person was committed to another location approved by the department. The person in charge of the approved course of treatment at the location to which the person was committed shall notify the court that ordered commitment, and the department or local board that requested commitment, of the transfer.
