§ 19-17-202 — Reports Of Board

19-17-202 . Reports of board.

(1)As soon as practical after the close of each fiscal year, the board shall file with the governor a report covering administration of the Volunteer Firefighters' Compensation Act for that fiscal year.

(2)The report must include:

(a)a statement of the accumulated cash and securities in the pension trust fund as certified by the state treasurer and the board of investments; and

(b)the most recent published report of the actuary of the actuarial valuation of the assets and liabilities of the plan.
