19-17-111 . Records information management.
(1)The chief or designated official of a fire company shall maintain the records provided for in 19-17-108 and 19-17-110 for each active or inactive member of the fire company.
(2)Records must be maintained according to the state of Montana general records retention schedules, as published by the secretary of state pursuant to Title 2, chapter 6, part 11.
