Montana·Title 82 MINERALS, OIL, AND GAS·Ch. 15 REGULATION OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS·Part 1 Regulation of Manufacture and Distribution
82-15-114 . Violation -- penalty. A person who violates 82-15-113 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 120 days, or both.
