80-15-106 . Educational programs.
(1)The department, in cooperation with the Montana state university-Bozeman extension service, shall develop and conduct appropriate educational programs to promote the policy specified in 80-15-103 . The department and the Montana state university-Bozeman extension service may charge a fee for the educational programs, commensurate with the costs of program development and administration.
(2)All fees collected by the department pursuant to this section must be deposited in the state special revenue fund. The department may spend the funds for the purposes set forth in this section.
(3)All fees collected by the Montana state university-Bozeman extension service must be deposited in a special account identified for this purpose. The extension service may
