§ 50-15-402 — Copy To Be Forwarded To Deceased's County Of Residence
50-15-402 . Copy to be forwarded to deceased's county of residence. If a state resident dies outside the county of residence, the clerk and recorder shall send a certified copy of the death certificate to the clerk and recorder of the deceased's county of residence. The copy must be considered the same as the original.
