§ 50-15-108 — Duty To Furnish Information
50-15-108 . Duty to furnish information.
(1)A person having knowledge of the fact shall furnish information that the person possesses about a birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution of marriage, or invalid marriage upon demand of the department.
(2)The person in charge of any institution or facility for the care of persons shall record and report all data required by this chapter relating to inmates or patients of the institution or facility.
