20-15-220 . Trustee election ballot.

(1)The trustee election ballot must be substantially in the following form: Make an "X" or similar mark in the vacant square before the name of the candidate for whom you wish to vote. Vote for (indicate number to be elected) for a 3-year term. Vote for (indicate number to be elected) for a 2-year term. Vote for (indicate number to be elected) for a 1-year term.
(2)In preparing the ballots, only those portions of the prescribed ballot that are applicable to the election to be conducted need be used. The ballot must also be prepared with blank lines and vacant squares in front of the lines in a sufficient number to allow write-in voting for each trustee position that is subject to election.
