76-13-423 . When additional notification required.

(1)Except as provided in subsection (2), the department may require only one notification for each timber sale, even though multiple forest practices may be conducted.
(2)If an operator modifies the operator's proposed forest practices in a manner that substantially alters the potential watershed disturbance, the operator shall submit a revised notification to the department.
