§ 76-13-203 — Extension Of Wildfire Season

76-13-203 . Extension of wildfire season. In the event of excessive or great fire danger, the wildfire season defined in 76-13-102 may be expanded when in the judgment of the department dangerous fire conditions exist. When expanded, the department shall give public notice.
