§ 76-13-124 — Throwing Lighted Materials

76-13-124 . Throwing lighted materials. A person who throws or places any lighted material or flaming or glowing substance that may start a fire is subject to the penalty provided in 50-63-102 and is subject to the provisions of 50-63-103 .
