7-13-4525 . Disposition and administration of proceeds.
(1)All fees and other money received by a local water quality district must be placed in a separate fund maintained by the county treasurer and must be used solely for the purpose for which the local water quality district was created.
(2)The commissioners shall draw warrants upon the fund on claims approved by the board of directors.
