7-13-108 . Right to protest.

(1)At any time within 30 days after the date of the first publication of the passage of the resolution of intention, an owner of property liable to be assessed for the work may make a written protest against the proposed work.
(2)The protest must be in writing and be delivered to the county clerk, who shall endorse on the protest the date of receipt.
