7-13-3035 . Sources of money for reserve fund.

(1)For the purpose of providing money for the reserve fund, the governing body may in its discretion, from time to time, transfer to the reserve fund from the operation and maintenance fund of the district an amount as may be considered necessary or as may be agreed upon with the holders of the bonds.
(2)Whenever there is money in the bond fund that is not required for payment of a bond of the district or interest on the bond, as much as is necessary to pay the loan referred to in 7-13-3037 must, by order of the governing body, be transferred to the reserve fund.
