7-13-3012 . Governing body to administer district.
(1)The members of the governing body are ex officio commissioners of the district formed under the provisions of this part and have jurisdiction over the system within the district. The governing body is responsible for the proper functioning and maintenance of the system.
(2)The governing body is responsible for the condition and maintenance of all publicly owned roads, streets, alleys, land, parks, or other thoroughfares within the boundaries of the district affected by the construction or maintenance of the structures under control and jurisdiction of the district.
