7-13-2348 . Exclusion of land from district -- initiated by board of directors.
(1)The board of directors of any district formed under the provisions of this part and part 22 may itself initiate the proceedings for the exclusion from the district of any land or lands which it may not be for the best interests of the district to be included or which may not be benefited in any manner by their continued inclusion therein.
(2)Such proceedings shall be initiated by the board by the passage of a resolution:
(a)requiring all persons interested to appear and show cause before the board, at a time and place specified, why such lands (describing them) should not be excluded from the district; and
(b)fixing a time and place for such hearing and directing the secretary of the district to give not
